Vintage 90s does 1930s backless maxi dress. Ultra long with micro print ditsy florals, high scoop neck and bias cut through the body. Super cute back with criss cross straps that button into place. Built in empire waistline. Excellent vintage condition. Petite fit. It was a little short waisted on our 5'8" model.
