Vintage 80s lovely blue and white cotton summer dress. With a hint of nautical and a hint of floral, this dress ticks off all the boxes for just about any summer event. Blousey bodice with button front and contrasting stripe and floral pattern. We LOVE the fitted skirt with flared, mermaid hem. And don't forget the contrasting striped and floral back! Oversized shoulder pads give this piece its fun bold shoulder look but you can remove them if you prefer. This little piece has it all!
