Vintage 1980s black and white embroidered party dress by Mignon. Such a fun little piece and perfect so many occasions! Dress features a strapless sweetheart neckline with corseted bodice and 3-D cut out petal motif. Fitted through the bodice with drop waist and super full skirt with attached crinoline underneath. Lovely embroidered organza. Excellent vintage condition. This piece was made for dancing!
