Vintage 70s frothy ruffled georgette evening gown by Frank Usher. Absolutely stunning piece with backless halter neck bodice and huge flared skirt. Bodice features a plunging neckline, huge georgette ruffles and is entirely backless. Attached bow tie sash with massive ruffled sweeping skirt. This is one of those dresses that makes the wonder swooshing noises as you walk and just looks like you are floating on a cloud. Excellent vintage condition. There is a small amount of fading to the ribbon sash.
