Vintage 1970s ruffled cotton gauze maxi dress. Beautiful piece with scoop neck, lace trimmed puff sleeves and huge ruffled hem. Includes the original quilted sash (it's a little hard to see in the photos because it blends so well). We LOVE the bold romantic pattern! Excdellent vintage condition - truly looks unworn.
