Super cute vintage 1990s 2-piece dress and jacket set by Karl Lagerfeld. Such a great find! Adorable button front sack dress with metal trimmed ivory buttons. The jacket features kimono-esque sleeves with grosgrain details and matching metal trimmed ivory buttons. We love how the jacket's crenelated hem frames the bottom button of the dress! Silk lining.
