Dior “Prêt-À-Porter” 70s Sunshine Striped Ensemble
Stunning + extremely rare vintage 1970s Christian Dior numbered “Prêt-À-Porter” label dress. The Dior Prêt-À-Porter label is known to be the label between couture + boutique which features many hand finished details but is made for a domestic sizes versus being made for the individual, like couture. This stunning bright yellow + magenta maxi dress is a separate halter top + skirt. You can style them separately or together, but we love the whimsical look of both pieces as they were intended. The top features a side metal zipper, peek-a-boo tying bustline + halter neckline. It is backless with an elastic back. The high-waisted tiered skirt Has a nylon zipper and hook + eye closure. Ultra full tiered skirt. 100% cotton, probably made for the Japanese or Chinese market. Incredible, incredible rare piece. Excellent vintage condition. Freshly cleaned + ready to wear.
