Killer 1980s polkadotted blouse by Bill Blass. Layers of semi-sheer silk organza with oversized polkadot pattern. Blouse features a nipped elastic waist with slightly ruffled peplum (can also easily be tucked in to high waisted pants), scoop neck and delicious tiered, ruffled sleeves. Also includes the optional matching sash. Excellent vintage condition. Freshly cleaned and ready to wear.
