Vintage 70s does 30s black and white floral chiffon dress. Lovely, oversized rose print in bias-cut rayon voile. High neckline with three ruffled, cape-like layers on the bodice, nipped elastic waist and voluminous bias-cut skirt with scarf hem. Just the most beautiful movement! Excellent vintage condition.
