Sky blue ethereal chiffon top + maxi skirt. Tiered strapless top with "bow" detail. Tiered maxi skirt with fishtail train. Can be worn with the skirt pulled up as a continuous maxi dress or as a midriff revealing ensemble. Both pieces have the signature Burrows red contrast stitching. Fully labeled.
