Absolutely lovely vintage 1970s ivory silk blouse. Amazing pleated front with ruffled blouson sleeves, neckline and hem. We especially love the nipped waist. Button closure at the back of the neck. So pretty! Excellent vintage condition — one tiny pinprick on back shoulder.
