Simply the sweetest true vintage 1960s cotton babydoll dress. Simple fitted cut with flared skirt, puff sleeves and darling rounded Peter Pan collar. We added the black grosgrain bowtie but we’re including it with the dress since it looks so perfect! Excellent vintage condition. Freshly laundered and ready to wear.
